This morning, we’ll have to bid a reluctant farewell to the rolling plains and mysterious riverine forests of the Serengeti—but there’s more excitement in store on your Tanzania Honeymoon Luxury Safari. Our destination today is the awe-inspiring Ngorongoro Crater: an ancient volcanic caldera formed more than two million years ago after a truly cataclysmic eruption. The resultant crater now serves as a splendid natural sanctuary for all manner of wildlife species, including the exceedingly rare black rhinoceros.
